All programs offered by Launching Minds Academy are non‑credit, elective enrichment programs aligned with the guidelines of the Florida Step Up for Students Personalized Education Program (PEP).

Enrollment & Scholarship Compliance
Launching Minds Academy operates in accordance with all applicable Florida Step Up for Students Personalized Education Program (PEP) requirements. Enrollment, approved services, and billing are managed through the Education Market Assistant (EMA) platform.
Scholarship funds may only be applied to eligible enrichment services provided in alignment with program policies and Step Up guidelines.
